Reception / Boarding Time

The bus reception for the outbound and return route begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
Due to our responsibility to be punctual, it is necessary for customers to be on time.

Fee: 1,000 yen per person, one way (tax included)
Children who need a seat will be charged the same as the adult fee.
※Please make payment at the front desk on the day of your stay.

（For guests who make room reservations by phone or through the hotel’s official website, there will be no charge for the shuttle bus fee.）

Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to bus departure.
Please tell your name to our staff wearing a yellow jacket.

■Please arrive at the group bus stop at the north exit of JR Sapporo Station 15 minutes before the bus departure.
■ Staff wearing a yellow jacket will be waiting for you.
■Before boarding the bus, please tell the staff your name.
■Seating is unreserved. Depending on how crowded the bus is, you may be asked to use a jump seat. Please be aware of this beforehand.
■Diagonal crossings from bus stops are very dangerous. Please make sure to use the pedestrian crossing.

Close to the Domestic Flight Tour Desk between exit 4 and 5 of the JAL Arrival Lobby on the ground floor of the New Chitose Airport, you will find the green sign “Hokkaido Tour Desk”.
Our staff will receive your name at this meeting place.
Please be aware that even in cases of flight delays, our shuttle bus will run on its original schedule.
If you choose to take other means of transportation instead of our shuttle bus, those costs will be the responsibility of the you the customer.
